Today in Denver, Bob Barr won the Libertarian nomination against 13 other viable candidates. Others in the room were former Democratic candidate, Mike Gravel.
Bob Barr is a former Republican Georgian congressmen that has been an outspoken critic of the Bush administration along with the Republican party as of late.
Mr. Barr’s candidacy is one that Republicans will be looking at in the General, because Mr. Barr could take a handful of the conservative vote come the general election. Early polling and predictions have Bob Barr taking anywhere from 3 to 10 percent of the vote in November.
